How much does a Z-car cost in your state?

How much does a Z-car cost in your state?
Was thinking how much my state (VA) continually dings you for owning a car.. how does this compare to you?
One Time Fees:
Title - $10
Tags - $10
Auto Tax - 3% - (so a Touring at ~35k..) = $1050
Per Year:
Registration:$30.50
Inspection: $20
Emissions: $10 ($20 test every 2 years)
County Sticker: $23
Vanity Plate: $10
Property Tax: 4.2% ~ $1470
Tank of Premium: $1.70 at Exxon = $34.00
So.. $1070 up front.. and $1563.50 a year to keep it legal. How does this compare to other places? Besides probably NJ

California:
i paid $237 to register the car, and i paid 8.25% sales tax which was like $2600 .. but i dont have to pay that outrageous property tax fee .. and every year its gonna be about 250-300 to register as long as they dont up the registration fee's
