I use a product called Dry Wash'n Guard. I have used it on my last three cars and the results have always been great, with great environmental protection as well as the acid rain here in NY is really bad. The product really goes against all coventional wisdom regarding car care because there is no water involved, ever! The polyguard3, as it's called, surrounds dirt particles and the cleaning is done with terry cloths towels that pull the trapped particles away from the surface. I was very skeptical until I saw someone use it on a black Rodeo covered with mudd and the finish was perfect, not even a hairline scratch or swirl. I now swear by this stuff.
