I went and got my free oil change two days ago and when i got the service reciept back under the observations section, it said no cat-converters and modified intake. Do you think they are going to void anything?

 

not unless they can point a problem with the car is due to those things. Like if your radio is broken, they can't say, "well you have an intake so we can't fix your radio."

You know? It must be related. Like if you get water in your engine and you have a CAI, then obviously it wouldn't be covered.

 

I'd take note though that they did note the missing cats. It is ILLEGAL to take off your cats.

 

You're screwed on any engine warranty issues.

This is another good reason why you never to take your car to a factory dealership for servicing.

 

i wouldnt quite say your screwed, yet. it all depends on what they do with that information.

 

i'm not too worried about anything.
