Default OBD Scan tool software

Anyone have any recommendations for software scan tools for the Z? I'm looking at this company's product right now:

http://www.obd-2.com/

They mention that updates are done every week or so, and I like that a lot. Keeps the data up-to-date. I've seen a few others on the net, but I really have no idea which are better than the others, or if they're all pretty much the same.

On my Audi I used VAG-COM, but that only works with VW/Audi. Just looking for something that does similar functions. (Read and reset DTCs, view sensor data, etc.)

If you have a palm pilot, Pocketlogger works pretty good. (www.pocketlogger.com ) Plug goes from palm pilot to OBD port, then you can view or log engine parameters or check and clear CEL codes. $180

I use Scantool by Autogenuity with a laptop. Cost ~$229.00. See link for complete specs.

Also look at Digimoto. Basic OBD stuff, also does HP, 1/4 mile, 0-60 and data logging. Can only monitor 2 items real time on the display, but can log lots of stuff in files.
