Anyone know how to get the seat airbag light to go off? I tried the TS ECU rese procedure a few times, as well as unplugging the battery to no avail. I think someone said i need to take it to nissan to have them clear it?
Any advice? This happened after my stereo install because the guy took the seat out and started the car.

Only the Nissan service dept. can do this. Usually around $75.00 unless they really like you.
My stereo shop did the exact same thing only I had 2 lights that came on. The steroe shop gave me a credit for 150.00 (2X75)

There is a procedure to turn off the air bag light. It involves turning the key on and off in ten second intervals.
Turn the key on; when all the lights on the dash turn on, turn the key to the off position. WAIT TEN SECONDS.
Repeat 3 to 4 times. (depends on how accurate you are).
Timing is a factor, so if you can use a stopwatch.
Have fun!
