Spy trip to NNA this morning!
After making 3 visits there on my way to work, I've been disappointed that i never saw anything...then I realized, there are 3 more Nissan buildings...went to the last one this morning, and there it was, the blue Z!
It was parked against the front fence and between 2 other cars, so it limited my photo taking--plus the roaming guard was making me paranoid...so pictures are limited for now (I'll try again tomorrow morning).
Got a good close-up look and was REALLY impressed with the fit and finish of everything! The interior materials and styling were as good as my Audi A4. Forget the Nissan coupe, I'm really happy with the looks of this one, and I was very skeptical. The center console had a nice kind-of woven lighter grey pattern imbedded in the darker material (only way I can describe it) that was nicer than just flat black plastic. Definitely more sporty in the design than the G35 coupe, but equal, as far as I could see, in quality and "class level".
Got a good look at the exterior components as well, everything was very well made. The antenna, I thought, was pretty small--certainly not worth complaining about. The track rims were very cool, really deep and the Brembros looked awesome. The feel of the brushed metal door handle was significant and tight.
I am SO excited now about the Z, seeing it in person removed all doubts I had about the quality and styling! Hopefully I can get some better pics on my next trip, but in the mean time here are a few lame ones...

It's off the 405 at Normandy, hang a left and then a left on 109th and follow it on down.
One other thing...the hatchback certainly didn't offer a whole lot of room when it was closed. The brace is big, but i think it's kinda cool looking. If you're going for storage you should not be looking at this car (that's what the G35 is for...)!

Nice Interior shot!
Yess! No more red/brown seats to worry about.
Anyhow... I don't like the door handle very much. But at a glance, the way it is mounted looks a little awkward.
I don't know how to describe it... it looks as if it is attached in a cheap way, and doesn't seem to blend with the door.
I guess I don't like it looking as an attachment.
Also, the doors look very plain. It reminds me of some cars I've been in... all that surface made of hard plastic. The trim for the window switch is plain too... but I'm sure there are cosmetic upgrades available.

I am so glad I ordered a Navi on my Track Model. IMHO the interior looks classy and complete with the Navi in the center console. Especially with the small sliding door up and revealing all those lil buttons for the gizmo.

Dear kevintari,
These are the highest quality images I've seen todate. You're a genius, a master of your craft! Now thanks to you, I know I've made the right decision. But pray tell me, how did the blue look in the daylight?
Can you get more close ups of the color and the curves?

Oh, GO ON...you're too good to me!
It looks GREAT in the day light. The color sings. The car overall really does look better in person than in photos.
I'll try to get more tomorrow morning, any special requests, let's hear 'em!

Thats just an indicator that the reflectors should do a pretty darn good job at night.
