Hi, I am a 17 year old student, I just got a 350z a couple days ago. I am PAYING it MYSELF because I work hard for my money! How many other people own a 350z that are 17 years of age or younger?

 

thats one hefty payment. if you don't mind me asking, how much did you put down? i'm guessing you pay for insurance also. and probably gas. that's a lot of money going towards just a car at such a young age. should be saving it instead or investing it if you are making THAT much IMO!!

BTW-- i am only 18, but i am fortunate enough to have parents who would buy me a nice car. where abouts are you in VA? i live in richmond.

I'm 18. Had enough money to buy a base model Z, but insurance was killer. So I decided it wasn't practical for me.

+ I'm staying at an apartment next year for college and don't want to leave it outside.

I got my car on my 18th birthday about 2 months ago.... I am also forunate to have parents that love me so much as to buy me a 350Z and pay for everything that goes to it... (insurance,gas...etc...)

Iam 18 and I work to pay for my car and all my mods,It helps ALOT that I still live at home, And also that I worked out a deal with my parents ....as long as Iam in school they'll pay for my insurance.

Nforce1, with a house like that, all you were able to squeeze out of your parents was a 350z? I would of gone for an M3.

 

its not his house, he mows the yard there, and services the dog on weekends.

 

I was actually thinking of Boxster S. What kinda parents do you have that buys a Z with a house like that? I'd complain if I were you!!!

 

This is getting to be rediculous. I'm sorry but I claim your owning a Z and paying for it all by yourself is total B.S. A 17 year old is still a minor and not even old enough enter into a contract that would be required to buy a Z with a loan and I don't believe you could have paid cash. I don't want to hear how your parents are paying the insurance and where you are still living at home where they pay all your living expenses. Please prove me wrong by submitting more information to back up your claim. If you do produce documentation to substantiate your claim I will apologize to you on this forum. Otherwise, change your claim to "I have parents who were generous enough to help me buy a Z."

 

guess not. no way 17 can afford all that and not have like a 60month loan(though he couldnt get the loan himself) but 5 years down the road, its gonna be tough earning 6-700 a month and do college. unless that isnt in your future, in which case itll be tough to have 6-700 a month and pay for an apartment without a college degree.

Im hardly the epitomy of responsibility now, but when I was 17? oh Im pretty positive Id be dead. yeah, Id give it 9:1 odds
