Default Road noise from rear wheel wells

Anybody got a solution on a way to dampend the sound of the stones and debri coming of the rear wheels and hitting the wheel wells? I haven't taken off the rims to look for any plastic sheeting that would act as a buffer. It seems to me that the debri is hitting the metal frame. I don't want to spray a rubber compund on the underside unless I have to.

I've noticed this too. Either there is a lot more road noise coming through the rear than my old car or someone has dumped a lot of rocks all over the roads around here....

dynamat, just pull up the trunk material and dynamat the inside of the metal. The trunk is where I noticied the vast majority of the road noise was coming from as well.

When driving in rain, it's seems that I have big whole instead of spare wheel. I can feel the water chaos under my trunk.

But in good weather the noice level is very acceptable
