Default staggered about the stagger

hey people,
i posted this in the tire and wheel forum but nobody has responded and i know more people surf here so i thought i would give it a shot. i wont go into the detail so in a nutshell here is my question:

how little stagger can i have from front to rear and still not totally screw up TCS (i dont have the VDC). I have a deal in the works, where the new 19's will have a stagger of only .2 inch with the rear being the taller of course. i know nissan "recommends" .5 to .75. having the mere .2, will this throw everything off? i know of some people who have zero stagger now and say that they notice the slip even more, and some have made the mistake of having smaller rear and the slip/TCS/VDC goes nuts. i guess i am seeing if anyone else is operating under the stagger recs, and also please keep in mind that this car is my daily driver.

so is there anyone out there that can give some input on their setup or what they know about this setup. thanks in advance.

Some people will say I'm wrong, that I'm not an engineer and don't know what small effects there can be on the ABS, but I run the same size all around on the track and to and from the track and have seen no problems with abs/tcs or vdc. Additionally, a lot of folks are running 275/30-19 and 245/35-19, which are about as out of spec as you are talking with no problems. If its a good deal, go for it.

another question that was brought up in the tire forum so i thought i would post it here also. right now i am looking at two different situations: (both going to 19 inch)

situation 1) 19 inch all seasons front and back. stagger between the two .2 inch rear being taller, but overall diameter of tires both front and back smaller than stock by about .5 inch. (this i already have worked out as a good deal)

situation 2) would do 19 inch with 245/35/19 front and 255/40/19 on rear. This keep the diameter of the tires the same as stock and bigger on the rear, but when you look at the stagger its now 1.2 from front to rear. the difference here being more on the plus side than what my original difference was on the minus side (+.5ish versus only -.2ish)

which stock numbers should i stay closest to. the overall tire diameter or the stagger. again thanks for any input.
