I took my time and spent about 2 hours before and after work. When I remove the 350Z emblem somehow I got a tiny chip. Luckily though it looks like the new emblem covered it. Next mod will be clearing my headlights and installing the clear side markers.

FAAAAAAAAAAWK! Well I took the bezel off and guess what? The ****ing chip was still there. It's small but defiantly noticeable. It's right above the L. Oh well, another one to add to the list.

Now that I think of it I guess I should have taped the bezel to the car without the letters in it and then put the L in first so I could make sure that it was covering the chip. Oh well I guess i'll just order another badge down the road and do it all over again.

There's a adhesive remover that you can get at hardware stores and automotive stores that make that job much easier

Doh.. I feel for you... I got a blister on one finger removing the glue from under the front Nissan emblem. I quickly changed my glue removing strategy!

I'd reply but I can't because 4 out of 5 of my fingers on each hand still have blisters on them.

so did you heat it up until it was boiling hot??? Or is that from the chemical in the adhesive?

Pretty sure my skin just didn't like the glue because it wasn't very hot.

mmmmm.....chemical burn......yummmy.

May I suggest wearing gloves...to anyone who may do this in the future? Looks like Nissan has some very toxic glue.
