Hello all
!!
Having been bitten by the upgrade bug, I'm starting to consider upgrading w/some mods...
Where did you guys start?
My Z is a 6sp touring model with the performance package and 18" stock wheels...
As money will allow, my goal is to get into a twin turbo kit. I am aware that will need to include intake/exhaust, and possibly some engine work....but where should I start? I'd like to learn thru others that have been where I am today..lol
Any comments or sugestions are appreciated
Thanks

Hey,
If you go TT, the intake component will be taken care of for you, so don't spend money on a CAI or other intake mod (unless you want to get a new plenum, that is). Exhaust is a good first mod, just be prepared for some low-end torque loss that comes with the more free flowing exhaust system until your TT kit is in.
If you go TT, you might want to think about doing new wheels. With all that power, the bigger the contact patch, the better. 275's on 19" rims in the back will definitely help hook up all that power, and you're not supposed to put 275's on the 18's that you have now.
There are some good inexpensive ones you can do as well like shift **** (the stock shift **** weighs like 3 pounds), shorty antenna, spoiler, headlight/tail light/ guage pod overlays, CF console panels, etc.
Hope this helps.

When I got mine I was content with the power at first so I decided to put a little into the suspension. So my first mod was the Stillen sway bars. Tightened up the whole car right away, the difference was instantly noticable. Takes the handling up a few notches.

My first mod will be done this Friday night when the JWT POP-Charger Air Filter and Heat Shield arrives from courtesy parts nissan this Friday (ordered via UPS 2 day delivery). Also ordered the Greenstuff front brake pads to cut down on dust deal.
Am Considering changing the hood. What do you guys think of this one on a SB ZR (attached pic). Still deceiding...
