I've noticed that the leather bra fits very tightly between my headlight and the fender. I've noticed paint wear happening in this area. It seems to be tighter on the drivers side light. Any idea's?? I was thinking of trying to trim this tab, since this is the only one I'm having problems with.......

Mine fits differently on both sides too, one side tighter - - no big deal for me, I do have some signs of wear in wheel wells, etc, - you could probably remove the front bumper and adjust the headlight mount - - not really worth it in my opinion.

For me (in Florida too) the protection is well worth it - - I had a large flat piece of rubber (semi truck mud flap) slap the front of my Z going home on I-4 the other day, got home to find a scuff on the bra but nothing underneath - - the clear bra wouldn't have fared so well I'm sure - - not to metion I have no stone chips
I have three oem bras I swap back and forth regularly in case one gets wet, etc.
