This goes out to any automatic 350Z's--is the drive for you a bit rough and bumpy? I notice it more going on the streets (around 30-45mph), but I don't think its like that on the freeway. I owned a 300zx and its a bit rough, but I figured it's because its a sports car. But, the 350z seems a bit more bumpy. I don't know if it is suppose to be like this or maybe something is wrong with my car. I don't think I can test drive other cars, so I was wondering if any of you have any suggestions and feedback. Thanks

I don't see how it has anything to do with the transmission -- the suspension on all models is the same. There was another thread on the "bouncy" ride, also described as "porpoising", "oscillations", "pogoing" etc. Yes, this car tends to bounce you up and down on certain road surfaces. Some owners have considered this to be a valuable feature due to the presence of a large-breasted woman sitting in the passenger seat.
