left rear bumper.... compound all over it and looks like it is scraped up the paint!! also, this back piece moves up and down. I'm scared it's going to fall off!!

 

another off the back bumper more in the middle. I think in this pick you can see the paint on the edges is rough and never wet sanded...

scratched my damn paint!!!

 

You can't really see all the "trash" in the paint from the pics but it is REALLY BAD, not just a few spots.....

Mind you the paint color is not bad, BUT this guy PAID someone else to come and match it because he couldn't

this was taking on Sunday night, the day i picked it up. I panicked and contacted XSMALLPAULX and he was kind enough to come meet me so i could see his kit. IT"S AWESOME. I am taking to the guy that did his now..... I don't know why this picture came out kinda blurry, I tried to fix it.....

I am sorry that you have to deal with this , but what I have to say might be of some help. I worked at a bank for four years, and as far as routing and paperwork is concerned cashiers checks and money orders are processed the same way as checks, just using one of the banks own account numbers instead of your personal one. This assures the reciever of payment. But also like a check, money orders and cashiers checks can have a stop payment order put on them if they have not yet been processed by the bank that you purchased them from . This means the bank you brought them from will deny the bank Dave deposits the MO or CC the funds and his bank will turn around and reverse his deposit. Then you can get your money back form the bank you bought it from. All you should need is a copy of the receipt for the MO/CC and your Identification. I hope you can catch this in time. Are you kidding me with that bodywork!!! It amazes me that a body shop would even take a job like that for so little money and do that king of a crappy job!!Dave's rep is ruined as far as I am concearned!!

 

sorry to hear that you went to that, but lets hear what Dave have to say. Lets not come to any rash decision with only one side of the story, not to say that Cat didn't suffer. I'm pretty sure she did.

 

not to sound like there is only one side to the story, BUT i copied and pasted emails between me and DAVE AND I have pictures of the outcome of the situation....

ON TOP OF THAT!!! Dave set up a meeting with Mike, Angle, Himslef and Chris as you can read on pg. 3 of the PM he sent me, copied and pasted... and everyone is there BUT DAVID and he won't be able to make it! ALSO, Dave is leaving to go out of town to new orleans for some smoothie king thing so there is nothing gonig to be accomplished for however long he is out of town. Also, Dave is fully aware of this post and has yet to post any replies....

Also, I just called David and he "accidently" answered the phone hung up, then I called back 3 more times and the phone went straight to Voicemail.... I thought this would happen.

But I agree with Bamyi there is always two sides to every story...
