lol, really... why bother?

the M3 can call it a beater; he's allowed. he's straight up ignorant; but that comes along occasionally in any car group. not worth giving him the satisfaction of argueing anything with him.

as for the other 2. a 2000 328? lol, oh yeah, thats the epitomy of high class reliable luxury car. A decent car, but no more or less of a car than the Z, but again sounds like another ignorant *****.

and the last one. why bother, Id guess about 15 and likes his daddies 745i.

prolly just butthurt that the glorious Z4 isnt even remotely as fast, instead the Z is compared to the M3. even if it does lose... the simple comparison of a 26k car to a 50k car has to make some a bit uncomfortable.

 

Pay them no mind... they probably deep down like the Z (for aesthetics, etc.) but they see it as competition (as ares said) to their "mighty" M3. See these kinds of jokes about the RX-8 and SRT-4 on this board every so often also...

 

They're just upset b/c by next year their entire car line will be fugly!

Also, have you guys ever checked out a 3 series? They're like cars for people who really can't afford a luxury car, but want to feel like they can. So they buy an over priced car just for the badge.

 

I hate people who change once they own "fancy cars". There are so many people who i considered decent nice people, then they (or their parents) buy a bmw or a benz and all of a sudden they are too good for most people. Its very sad.

 

They're insecure twits trying to make themselves feel better... every forum's got them. That's all the time I'm gonna waste on acknowledging their existence.

 

I know exactly the situation, one of my friends got a G35, now he thinks hes too good for everyone.


But o well, if one of those M3 owners really wants to race, have em meet me, tll then he can take his 50k pos and shove it.

Exactly!!! some people bought an 320 or 325, then suddenly he's like.... we bimmer owners..... etc etc....gosh

 

Ya, I was feeling a little cocky one day with all the looks I was getting in my Z till my buddy Andrew showed up in his Murcielago... I heard some kids go... "AWWWW that red car (my Z) is in the way..."

yea like ares pointed out, the funny part of that is only one of them has an M3. I dont know what the 328 and 325 are talking about

 

Yesturday I went to some very prestigous dealerships and looked at really expensive cars. Lots of BMWs, Porsches, Corvettes, a Viper and even a $190,000 lamborghini Gallardo. It was cool.

And when I got home, I looked at my 350Z -and you know what? The Z still looked pretty damn good in comparison to most of those vehicles. I was impressed.

(Although, when you see a new Gallardo in person, nothing really ever can compare.)

 

hey guys - not all BMW owners are like that - i think that is more the exception than the rule...
i'm a former 350Z owner, and got along with other 350Z owners, and now BMW owners - it's more about personality and ego more than anything else - I enjoy my M3 and I still enjoy reading/learning about 350Z's - they're hot i'll admit it!

 

I was coing home from dinner this past Saturday and I passed a new M3. As I slowly passed, my fiance noted that the guy gave a look and a nod at my 350 . The point is that there is a lot of genuine car guys out there show respect when they see a nice car. On the other hand there are a lot more a**holes that think there car is best and then proceed to drive like an a** and try to race at every chance. I just laugh at them and ignore them.

BTW: The M3 is next for me.

 

sad, the AC on our cars use more hp then the 325 or 328 have total.
