Default Finally dynoed my Z!!

i was hoping for @250hp/240tq. but i guess i could have gotten lower numbers. my performance mods for this dyno were/are: JWT pop charger, UR pulleys, Borla TD exhaust, Kinetix cats and ground wires (probably don't do much).

here is the dyno sheet:

my Z bud dynoed higher than i did (+5.3hp/+3.8tq). he dynoed at 247.8hp and 237.0tq. his mods include invidia exhaust, test pipes and CAI. he has 34k miles on his Z i have 7k on mine. all runs were done in 4th gear for both of us except for one (friend's 3rd gear run). temperature tonight was roughly 85 degrees.

what do you guys think about this dyno? low or about average? do you guys think that if i had more miles on my Z, say 25k that i would have dynoed higher? i think i would have. overall, just happy to know where my Z stands. i wish i would have dynoed it stock though so i could make comparisons.

on the dyno:

on the dyno:

I think the air temp had something to do with it. I dynoed bone stock at 246 RWHP before my Vortech install. Your car looks great. Good Luck

i am going to ask the shop about the lines. also, i will compare it to my Z bud's dyno sheet from the same night. i didn't pay much attention to the lines, just looked at the numbers. thanks for pointing that out! i hope the shop can give me a concrete answer.

See this is why I am not spending any money on boltons until I can get THE bolton...a power adder.

I mean your car is cool (it is, seriously!) and I know part of the "joy and hobby" is boltons like you have but man...I am making 237rwhp stock. If I spend $1500-$3000 I'd rather dump it in to suspension. But ya know what? Nissan already did a damn fine job tuning the Z in stock configuration too.

So really in the end..power adder is where my pennies are going. I want a REAL difference.

apparently there is something wrong with my dyno but either way money is money to me. comes and goes. doesn't make me happy or sad. i go to the gym and work out hard every day but just because my max bench/squat/clean and jerk/dead lift etc.. doesn't shoot up in one, two, or three weeks etc... doesn't take away from all the hard work/time i put into my work outs. i mod my Z and in the end it will be better looking and a stronger beast. it is all worth it to me but to each his own.

plus, i don't race the Z i am building it for show. daily driver till i get a beater.

as far as my weird dyno goes i hope to get to the bottom of it soon!

thanks for the compliments!!
