The UPS guy just delivered my copy of Lust, The Love from Nissan. Came with a thank you letter and a 350Z brochure, all in a really nice box.

How/why did you get this from Nissan?

 

Very cool. Is this something everyone should hope for or did you have several problems and they're doing damage control?

Ok, I waited 8 months for my car. Where's my gift...I think I deserve it

My order went in at the beginning of this month... I just called my dealer and he said they were for pre release of car orders only

 

Supposedly, if you attended the National Z-Car Convention in San Antonio in June, you'll be getting the "Lust" book (don't know about the brochure) - I haven't received one yet.

Supposedly, if you pre-ordered the 350Z, you'll get one - I haven't gotten that one yet either - so I'm 0 for 2.

 

Geez...I've already got 2 copies of that book. Am I getting a third??

 

Can never have too much Z propaganda

I already have the book to but it would be great if they sent out copies to all of us... or ateast a letter or some symbol of the car being one of the preorders...might make it worth more when you sell it and/or it also makes the car even more special

 

A low VIN# makes it special (and also indicates pre-order). A console plaque would have been nice tho.

 

My dealer showed me this when I ordered my car (took over a pre-order slot) and said I'd get one. Dunno if he meant with the car or after. He had one at the dealer he went and grabbed to show me. That was last month.

 

Damn, I just got my book autographed by Bob Sharp too. Hopefully, all the pre-orders will get that set, it looks very nice.

 

Today I received a package from Nissan designated a "special gift "for preorder customers. It includes a copy of Lust Then Love and an individually numbered Z LAUNCH BROCHURE. Nice presentation and unexpected.
