Try to re-bed your brakes.

Pull your wheels off and check the pad thickness.

I had the exact same problem and mine is brand new!!! I took it to the dealer for its first scheduled service and told the tech that the brakes squeak when I stop, right at the end before the car comes to a complete stop, and he said no problem and that they have had this before. Brakes are smooth as silk now. I didnt bother asking what they did though

Anyways, the dealer should be able to fix it no probs.

Have any of you actually looked at the replacement cost of the Brembos??? Prepare to pay about 500 dollars per rotor!?!?!

Rotors are expensive, pads are not; and the rotors are not the cause of the squealing.

This is a very common problem. Mine has done it from the first day I got the car. The dealer probably slaps some of the blue anti-squeal goo on the pad shims and calls it a day. If I were you, I'd do it myself. Less chance of something getting screwed up that way!

Hey, worst case if you can't fix the squeal - just remember race cars have squealy brakes too

Mine squeal--but I did that on purpose.

Check your pad thickness, like previously stated, if there's still plenty of pad left, take Dan's suggestion and re-bed them. If it's time for new pads, Hawk HPS seem to be a popular choice for regular street driving, because they grab, but still dust much less than the OEM pads.

It's normal. The brembo pads just glaze the rotor surface that causes the screeches. Just do some firm braking (really firm) from 60 mph a few times after your brakes warm up. That'll cure the sound.

i'll go out and try some hard stops because i've seen ppl do that in the other "bad brakes" threads.

if there is a problem with the brakes are they covered under the warranty?

It's not a problem with the brakes. It's just the nature of the brake pads. Many performance pads have the tendency to squeak when cold or when they have built up a glaze. If you're really bothered by it, I suggest changing them out for some aftermarket pads. (But honestly, just press the brake firmly once in a while and the problem should go away.)
