Where's Mill City?

I get plenty of love from my G35 Coupe (not Sedan) and 350Z brothers in Beantown.

I've been meaning to go to the meets - they are supposed to be a ton of fun and I wanna meet the rest of craZies.

Do you have a Z? Track model?

I live in West Springfield, MA. Plenty of back roads, rolling hills and wide open spaces around here. I used to own an Audi and organized some national level aftermarket events for that bunch. I'll probably start again with the Z crowd next spring, once I can get a few other organizers on board.

That would be Lowell, good sir...the birthplace of Kerouac and Spinners Baseball.

There's plenty of Massachusetts Z guys, s0nz...and all the ones I know give a signal when waved to. You've just gotta know where to look:

I'm in Revere, about 15 minutes from Boston. I've had good luck from other Z, G35 and even some FX35/45 owners.

Geez, you guys definitely need to check out the links posted by Dave. We had a great meet this weekend up in NH and had a meet up in Ogunquit, ME about three weeks ago.

There are two more meets that I know about. One next week in Natick (even includes a BBQ!) and another one in the works that should be pretty big (~75-100 Gs and Zs) in CT on October 23rd. On top of that there are a couple of BMW driving schools that some of us are attending that we will end up turning into Z meets!

Roydiculous- I have a silverstone touring 6spd.

Speedracer- You are correct. I can drive out of my town 10 mins away and there are country roads that are to die for.

CelticPride2- I guess ive been looking in the wrong places?

Anyone2U- I would like to attend some of those meets. I hear some cold weather is comin our way. lol

Jason- I commute to boston. I am currently a junior at Wentworth in boston and i usually ride my bike there (04 yamaha r1) I sometimes take the Z there, but do not see any around.

I hope i run into u guys someday.

Hey I was by Wentworth tonight at Punter's Pub on Huntington. And my buddy JUST got a 2004 R1 and loves it... I want to get a Honda CBR 600RR so bad but I just sank all my money into the Z... next summer...

Hey we should have a strickly "cruising" meeting where you guys show us these twisty roads. The closest I get to twisties is the white mountains in NH, merrit parkway on my way back to NJ or Storrow Drive!

Roydiculous- White mountains are nice, but there are closer roads with no hassle from the law waiting around the corners..Storrow drive! LOL- i found a ferrari 360 spyder on there last week he was showing off so i followed hehe...but of course he slowly pulled away once he knew i was trying to follow him. i was pretty close to his *** untill he downshifted..

We should have a cruise meet. My friend has a 600 RR- great first bike if u are not used to the power of a larger engine. I love my r1 also..very powerful and the powerband in every gear is awesome..

Funny story - I was on I-93 in the Z and my buddy was on his R1. I told him that we'd race from rolling 60mph.... just to check out how much faster he was.

So I'd go WOT from 60mph in 3rd gear and by the time I hit 75mph, he's managed to hit 140mph, then slow down back down to 60mph.... at 2am with not one car on the road - safety first!

That's why I wanna start off with a used 600F4i or 600RR...

You guys ever do any cruising in central MA? The backroads in Princeton and Sterling (near Mt. Wachusett) are my usual solo cruising route. The cops have a tendency to be a little hard-@ss though, so you have to watch your speed in a few places.

Neon srt4 rolls onto a stoplight with me and gives me tha nod. (i was on the r1) He wis car had a few ladies in it..he was in his late teens early 20's..he pulls up and asks if i wanna go at it...im like in my head...are u freakin serious?? so, i ask him..what do u redline at? he says go ahead take a look...so, i do..and i laugh..and he revs at me..and i hear tha sound of something not so stock...but either way...im a cocky guy- so, i lmao and say "i redline at 15k..." *VROOOOOM VROOOOOM* hehehehe

we should all meet up and do a cruise when this weather is nicer...Also, im pretty sure u wouldnt regret purchasing a bike...

im not really familiar with those roads celticpride...u should take us there...lol well, if its close to worcester...where u live its pretty far from me..itll have to be planned if i drive that far...im just waitin for some nice weather..

Several folks in the Boston area have had work done at Avalon Racing in Southern New Hampshire. Another MA one to check out is B&D Motorsports in Stoughton.

Several of the Connecticut Z-drivers have had work done at XX Tuning in Weathersfield (near Hartford). If you don't mind the drive, it may be worth checking out (I had my clearbra installed there at a meet last November). As always, your best bet is to shop around...
