1201 miles
Finally!!
I hit 1200 miles on the way home from work tonight, but unfortunately I was in traffic. I exited the freeway, more traffic Traffic finally cleared up as I entered my neighborhood where kids are out playing
I have played it safe the last few weeks. Never over 4k rpm. Never gave it over half throttle. Needless to say, I was chomping at the bit. 10 minutes after I get home, my wife made a comment about something she forgot to buy at the store. I think I had my keys in my hand before she finished her sentence.
I left the subdivision and the next half mile was empty. Finally, I get to put the pedal to the floor. GOOD GOD the engine sounds nice over 4000 rpm! Rewind to a week ago, I couldn't stand sitting around for the break in so I added a grounding kit and PopCharger to give me something to do. I remarked to myself how the pop made no sound difference...of course I was staying under 4k rpm for the break in. I definitely take back what I said!
Needless to say, I can't WAIT to get up in the morning for the drive to work
