Well, for what it's worth, I have the Eibach Pro-kit springs on my car, and my dealer performed this TSB work on my car earlier this week, so they should. There's no relation between this particular problem and the springs.

Took my car in for the greasy windows, came out with still greasy drivers window, passenger window now would not auto rollup and a mutilated polished aluminum piece on the passanger door.
Took it back to fix the window and door trim, got home, when I would close the door I heard rattling. Decided to take the door panel off to install my new speakers and 7 thats right 7 bolts were complete loose in the door.
Well, Thats my rant.
man, thats so pathetic...
I mean its the freaking DEALER!
They are supposed to be the BEST at working on your car, ya know?
When time comes to buy my Z and they offer me an extended warranty boy, I am gonna laugh.

The seat wear is on the left side bolster fabric of the driver seat. I have a track pack car and I believe this TSB is only applicable to cloth seats. I was quite surprised that they did anything about it at all, but I had no problem getting it replaced. Interestingly, that wear started showing quite early after I got the car, and since the relacement there has been none. I don't know if there is a change to the fabric or not, but so far so good.
There is also the TSB for seat movement as I listed, this would be relevant to the seat frame. I believe this is unique to manually adjusted seats.

Go to www.infinitihelp.com you should be able to find a list of all the TSB's there. Keep in mind some TSB's are country specific so it may not apply in Japan. My Canadian dealer has been pretty good about it and has done any TSB listed whether it was U.S only or not.
