Under "typical" use, what is the order of things breaking on a MT?

1. Clutch?
2. Synchros?
3. Flywheel?


2nd part... what are the symptoms of each item indicating that it needs replacing? I think this might be a good reference thread for those of us who are driving our first manual cars.
