Well fellas... I finally got my 350 tonight. It was the most F'ed up deal I have ever seen... but I fought through it. Last saturday I went to the dealership, and struck a deal on an 05/DB/enthu./6mt or so I thought..... They say they have to do a dealer trade and it will be monday. I think ok, no biggie, I can wait a few days. Then they call me Monday while I am at work and say "the blue one was damaged in shipping to the original dealer to the tune of 1700$, and we can't find another one." to which I say, cool, get me silver, and make it quick.

They call back Tuesday and say "the only silver one we can find, the dealer won't do a dealer trade on. but we found an 04 super black, it can be here Wednesday.." At this point I am getting pissed, but ok, fine, get it. So wednesday night I am told the car is on the way and I can do the deal, I show up, look at the car, and it is a touring model..... 6k more!!!! ((ready to kill))
So.. tonight I am told the "correct" car is there, go to pick it up, it's an 04..... "OMFG, are you people retarded???" is all I can think. I do the deal anyways, and it raised my pament 25$/mo cause it is a lease. Oh well.... I have it now, love the car. Can't wait to replace the tires, tranny, and front bumber paint. YEAH!!!

Dealer was courtesy nissan in dallas. I will prob. end up buying because I will end up modding... just wanted lowest payments. But to anyone looking to buy an 05 blue enthusiast 6mt in texas, MAKE SURE it has NEVER been damaged, think it was in San Antonio!!! Thanks to all, and happy to join you guys.

None, no one had an 05 enth. 6mt in black blue or silver except for the 2 mentioned above. My dealer was ok, until they brought back the wrong car. twice... other than that, it was out of their control, but I got free splash guards, floor mats, oil changes, and an extra grand on my pos trade in more than anyone else would give me. I am happy with the deal. Be warned on the blue one though.

 

congrats on the new Z. Your problem there was that you were willing to change colors. They knew they had you so they gave you the run around.

Next time let them sweat it out, and dont settle for thirds.

 

I am happy with any of the three colors, but I wanted blue, then silver, then black. I told them that up front. Plus with my trade in... I really did get a pretty good deal.
