I had them both on my 99 & 01 Maximas, as well as my 03 and 04 Z's. They show more on Super Black then any color. I bought the coligan bra its cheaper then the 3M clear bra. The 3M bra was around $899.00 which includes the hood, front bumper/fender, both lights and both mirrors. Nissan paints sucks and it is not covered by the warranty, I hope that on answers your question!

It's really silly that we have to shrink wrap (clear bra!!!) our car to enjoy it on the road...

I think i'll just touch those up and get a bra... black on yellow won't be so bad...

I guess I'll just have to live with it for now until a new paint job... still frustrating like hell

No one will be able to see a little paint chip when you pass them at 100mph

I just put a very thin coat of clear varnish over my whole car. You can't even tell it's on there and it's bullit proof now.

Following too closely will give you paint chips.

very true. It's the flex agent that Nissan uses that sucks. I have alot of paint chips on my front bumper and hood. I've complained to Nissan but they won't do anything about it.

I'm still trying to figure out how I got a chip on my rear hatch. About a foot away from the Nissan emblem. The paint chips just looking at it!

Default Clear Bra

I just got my 3M clear bra installed today. I had the front bumper custom wrapped (not the precut ones), 12" up the hood, the fenders, and the mirrors. It cost me $550 CDN.

Really worth the money. Looks fantastic, can't even tell it's there. Especially the one on my bumper.

BUY IT! And you'll drive more relaxed, knowing that it's protected.

When I trade in my G35 and get a Z, I am going to take it down to the damn primer and get the car completely repainted. Of course, this will only happen once I find somebody who wants to sell me their Z with its paint in bad shape..
