Ordering 2005 track?

I went in to order one and the guy told me I can't order one until Dec. Does this sound right?

They will be out early next year. I though in Jan.?.

Yeah, they will be released in Jan., but I thought I should be able to order one now so I will have it in Jan. and not have to wait an extra 3 months to build it after the release date.

I went to a different dealer and they told me they can order one on Nov. 1st-6th. They said they have to get the order in at the first of the month because of some ordering window.
