7000RPM redline WOULD be nice. but I wonder if anyone will ever make a ECU mod for it.

It is still the same Z with only slight interior/exterior mods like 35 Anniversary badges, color, rims, maybe hp increase, and so forth. No big deal!

It doesn't show the car with the aero package. According to the release at SEMA, all cars will have the aero stuff (front and rear spoilers).

I just noticed something. Where's the antenna? It looks like they cut it off. Did the 2005 go to a power antenna?

I hadn't realized that the Anniversary edition was a touring with Brembo's.

Wheels look better than I had thought they would.

Thanks for the link!

An ECU mod alone won't do it:

"The 35th Anniversary Z®’s engine has been modified using revised pistons and camshaft and the addition of electronic exhaust valve timing control._ The same engine will also be available as standard equipment on the 2005 350Z Track model (6MT only), which also goes on sale in early 2005." - http://nissannews.com/

Where are the badges? I haven't seen those yet.

Cool power antenna...I wonder how much that's gonna cost to stick in mine.

Ehhh....wheels are nice but most will take them off for aftermarket ones, the antenna is not power, they just dont have it on for all the pics, the yellow is definetly nice and I still have yet to see the special badges. Otherwise, nothing amazing.

I agree where are the badges to differentiate it from regular 350's, it needs a few badges on it.

I like the yellow, but I don't see a justification for the price. I figure it's money better spent on mods.

Default What nissan needs to do...

Is stop worrying about stupid 2 tone leather seats and offer upgrades on what is really needed:

Better tires. Why no Pilot Sports to go with the 300hp? These RE040s are just killing me!

Hate the wheels, hate the color. 19 in. forged more similar to the Rays would be better for me. A paler yellow would be more suitable. Not pastel, but more GT3 or 360 Modena.

If anyone out there can get there hands on one I would strongly suggest you do. It is going to be very hard to get. This is not an exaggeration

I have been wondering about the “special badges” also, so I asked Nissan about them.

Subject: 350Z 35th Anniversary Edition

Hello,
Where are the pictures of 35th Anniversary Edition 350Z with the special badges? There aren't any special badges on the Nissan website and the car at the 2004 SEMA Show in Las Vegas didn't have any.
Do you have any pictures you can send out or put up on your website?
Thanks,

This is the reply I received.

The special badges were very subtle. It was a change to the finish of the Z badges. There was no "35" or anything obvious.

FWIW - Dean Case is the Manager, Nissan Product PR.
