Why doesnt nismo make a turbo or supercharger for our 350s?
They make about everything else.
Maybe they do make one and ive just not seen it but it would make sense wouldnt it?
Just wondering.

There was a thread posted by Jason @ Performance about a visit they got with the NISMO reps. Everybody was invited to post questions and the Performance guys would ask the reps as many as possible.
Among the top Q's were turbo and ECU upgrade. If I remember correctly, neither was in the works and were unlikely mainly because of emissions.

They will not do an ECU upgrade because they think it will be to easy for people to copy and distribute to others... It is available in Japan but you have to get it done at a specific place. Not sure it is actually being done any more or not...
As far as a turbo / supercharger is to go... NISMO is opperated under NISSAN Motor Corp which is a very large company. If something were to happen there is a large liability that Nissan will be responsible for. This is why when the Sways / suspension were first released they said not compatible with cars with VDC (they actually are) so they can be in the clear "if" something happend... I have never heard of a case though...

The rumor a long time ago was that JWT's TT was going to be released as a NISMO upgrade. I havn't heard this is a long while, but it does make some sense.
JWT designed the NISMO cams (and then a higher performance set marketed under their name).
I am sure that we will see multiple levels of the JWT TT setup, so who knows. Its unlikly that NISMO would sell a version, but you never know.

Its unlikely but does make sense. If i was with nismo id certainly push for it.
The tt users and supercharger users are a small group i guess but if it has the name nismo on it most people seem to want to buy it.
I wouldnt mind havent a tt or supercharger but id rather it come from nismo.
I dont trust these other companies that much.
