How long have you gone with no dings?
My 03 Z is ding free, going on 17 months and 3 days.
My 02 Maxima is ding free, going on 31 months and 3 days.
KNOCK ON WOOD!!!!!!
How long have you gone, I heard some bad stories of Z's getting dings the first week of ownership.
Lets hear how long you lasted?

Ding free for 23 months.
A second to wicked's comment above; people get POed when they see someone take up two stalls; particularly if parking is tight. Keying or other damage results.

I had my 03 1 week (05/29/04) before I noticed the first ding. Have gotten 2 more since then. The thing is I watch where I go and park my Z and its not the parking lots where I have the trouble. I've got all 3 with the car parked in front of my house. Since then I have been parking my car in the yard due to having a 1 car driveway and a 2 car family. Fortunes of living in NJ I guess

ive had mine since november 6th 2002 one the day i drove it home i got a chip in the front bumper i had it repainted and installed the clear bra
since then no chips
and ive never had a door ding. but thats becasue i park out in wilderness when i go to the store or mall!!!!!

4 months ding-free...and then an acorn fell off a tree and hit my hood when I was going about 40 MPH. D'oh!
(no paint damage, thankfully...the paintless dent man should be able to handle it pretty easy).

I got my car back from the body shop about a month ago from an accident... so last week, I'm at frys and I come back to my car, and there are handprints all over the window and the fram on top of the door, and guess what a nice key vertical key gouge =(
Well, at least I have to go back to the body shop for some conversion work on my front bumper...
/sigh people seem to hate my car for some reason.
I think I haven't gone more than 3 months without something happening to it.
If its not some little brat 14 year old sitting on my hood its something else.
