I love the headlight treatment and the overall shape of the car. The headlights give it a highend Euro look. I really hope the actual car is close to this concept......What I realllllly hope is that its in the 30-35k range....

I just looked at these pictures while watching Top Gear...I'll be damned if this z34 doesn't look strikingly simular to the Aston Martin DB9, the hood, the headlights, the ***, the profile...however something is odd in the front bumper, and the wheel well flares look like the new miata/mx5.

I have to agree that the design looks like ***. THe rear end is sitting too high, or at least looks that way, the hatch itself is 2x the size of the original hatch design. It looks like a friggin SUV from the back. If this is what I have to look foward to for the new Z, Hello new G.

Yep...weight weight weight. If they do anything on the next run through sub 3k weight even to be me wouldn't be completely ideal...but its better than the extra 300 right now. The less weight there is, the less power is neccesary to accelerate or brake.

i dont like big butts and i can not lie. the butt end its too big in the black and white pic. the hatch needs 2-3 more inches of downward slope. exhaust setup looks good. front end might be just a tiny bit too rounded. overall it looks pretty good.
i dont know why, but i found that funny.

I want a futuristic Z; one that is way ahead of it's time. While everyone else is doing this silly retro thing I think the foreign car makers should do the exact opposite and keep pushing forward...
That is the whole reason I got the Z instead of the 05 Mustang. The exterior is like a cheap kit car knockoff and the interior is worse than it has ever been. If I designed a car I would get away from these analog gauges for speed and oil pressure and stuff like that. The tachometer should be like a bar that lights up and grows in length as the rpms increase instead of an analog dial-like design. Stuff like this would make for much more interesting product I think. The stereo should be small and sleek and just melt into the dash to the point where you have to be told where it is. Is anyone with me?
