Guys the Z is not gonna look like that. Its an artist rendering. You think the engineers and designers at Nissan will make the 08 Z look like that when they made our car such a work of art? The Supra is not gonna happen. The only closest thing to the "next Supra" we are gonna get is the IS 350 coupe. Dont know about the S2K but that concept looks bad. I think the Benz and the Caddy are the only cars that have actual spy cars running around dressed in camo.

^ Link that says Supra wont come. Toyota would rather make gas saving 20K econboxes and hybrids that will sell tens of thousands instead of 50K sport cars that will sell only a few thousands and decrease every year. Makes sense money wise. The only Japanese sport cars that we will see is the next Z, GTR and the Lexus LF-A, Evo X and possibly a new STi and S2K. The GTR and LF-A will be the higher end cars while the others will be the mid segment cars. Also a new NSX is planned with a V10 but no one knows when Honda will start production on it.

Supra in Oct of '07? I am surprised we haven't heard more about it by now then. 450bhp V8? Hmm...

Z34 definitely won't look anything like that concept pic; it is almost identical to Z33.

I've seen the prototype Z and that picture is... not accurate. At all. Why do magazines tease with such off-the-wall images when they know they have no information whatsoever. How they "imagine" the car to be might affect the opinions of readers about whether they want to purchase the car or not. That picture is not just inaccurate, it is also not flattering. Pretty insulting now that I think of it...

That Z looks like a Ferrari a bit. Much more italian styled than japaneese. I don't think it looks that bad, At least if they do change it, the streets won't be flooded with our model like the new Mustang is getting.

They changed the styling but not the wheels? Concepts usually have HUGE wheels like the other two cars, I'm calling BS on the Z.

If you don't think next gen cars can get uglier, look at the new TT. It is boring looking compared to its predecessor. It is certainly more refined but it completely lost its sporty character and styling icon status. And the new WRX, with its Alpha Romeo-esque front end is just plain ugly.

Not sure how Toyota considers this new Supra to be competing with the Z when the 'more affordable' version is expected to be around $40k, and the V8 to be around $50k. Build this thing for the same price as the Z, and then I'll be impressed. Otherwise, Toyota should shut it's pie hole.

I'm digging the supra.. 50k isn't bad at all.. It'll be a tough choice with the GT-R. I'm getting either or.. if it's not just another rumor.

i hope these are just image rendering.. look at the headlight on the Z, Porsche? look at the fender, BMW M? what happened to the Z unique door handles? I sure hope the rear of this one does not look like the new eclispe.

Isn't the new Supra going to be priced to compete with the GT-R and not the Z?
