I'm sure it's just an artist's rendering (a guess) but I'm not liking the soft look or smiling front clip ... and the Aston-Martin side vents are too trendy.
Well, there are some good car designers and some bad ones. The good ones obviously don't work at Road & Track. (actually, is there anything good about this magazine? They have a tendency to post higher numbers performance numbers than everyone else, and spout off tech specs that are often times wrong.)

You sure your not confusing Road & Track with Car and Driver... C&D times are always 2-3 tenths quicker then any other magazine....
The article mentions MacPherson Struts whereas our cars are a multilink (unequal length wishbones). That would suck if the car got downgraded to struts.
gimme a break, magazines! That's a terrible render and concept. It does not even fit the design style and elements of the current Nissan Design team...they need to hire a rendering agent that is actually in the automotive/industrial design field who knows the concept of design language.....
I spit on that design rendering..Ill keep my 05 me wants that 350hp engine..Can you say low 13's by the average driver. Hope the weight goes down by at least 100lbs...
