Anyway, you're 100% right about the go-cart S2K. I'm a midget, standing only at 5'6" and even I consider the the interior to be cramped. The stock suspension is unmerciful. It was a giant pain in the gluteus maximus driving it to and from work every day in Los Angeles rush hour stop-n-go traffic. I only tracked it about a half dozen times and that's definitely when it shined. Moderate bolt-ons, a tune with AEM's e-manage, some Tein MFD coils and you felt like the track catered to you. The balance and precision was ridiculous. Anyhow, sorry to steer off topic a bit. Just wanted to share my personal input in concerns to "sports cars made for the streets". I'll go back to quietly reading everyones posts like I have been for about a month now.
Not to get off topic but I don't agree with what you say about the S2k since that's the car I just came from to get my 350z. I'm 5'11" and felt very comfortable in the S2k and thought it hugged me very well where I wasn't sliding around in the seat or anything. I drove it everyday for 2 years and hell I moved to Arizona from Ohio and drove it here all 2k miles. I had the AP1 so I had the worst of the suspension compared to the AP2's, but it felt great compared to the Lotus Elise. I do miss the S2k, but I like my 350z also. Just waiting for the damn break in mileage to rack up and I'll have my final thoughts of the car.
Okay back to topic...just wanted to leave my $.02 in this thread.

They should just give us a 5.0L v8 or 4.0L twin turbo option and be done with these incremental teases.

Not to be mean or anything but the car looks pretty much the same. The current body is played out. I'm starting to see these cars ALOT since the price is going down and these cars are so damn sexy. Give us something fresh nissan! I wouldnt look twice at getting this car as a replacement for my car. I guess our cars are just as close to perfection as they can get for a Z when it comes to looks.

It's been gone over 1000 times that that car was just a chopped up 350z body on the 370 frame as a mule. See the 15 other threads in this subforum for an idea of what the 370 might actually look like.
