I bought the 2003 early and it had a number of recalls that were resolved in 04. I got the 07 and it had clutch problems. The dealer helped me out by totaling the 07 car and putting me in a new one. My 08 is really nice and no problems in 15K miles so I'll wait and see on the 370Z until 2011.

By then there might be a decent affordable electric drive with great torque like the Telsa. Though I'm still miffed at Popular Mechanics (in the 60's) that I haven't got my flying car yet which they predicted.
