It has the same steering wheel as the 2009 Maxima - which is fine but I hate how the volume up down has been moved from the silver toggle to the black buttons beneath.
It's annoying to have to learn a new layout when all the other Nissan/Infiniti products to date have the same layout for steering wheel audio/radio controls. I know I use the volume up/down far more than the station up/down...
Oh well I still love the car and will plan on getting one of the roadsters...

That huge flat part around the fenders really ruins the look of the car. How the hell did it make it to final production like that. Does anyone honestly think that looks good?

Sweet...looks like the speedo goes up to 180 now, it has push button start and there is some sort of lap timer built in. Looks like the gear shift might interfere with the climate controls/radio though.

Spies recently caught the 2010 Nissan 370Z on its way to the Nurburgring for some high-speed testing. The car is starting to be called the baby GT-R and youre probably wondering if it will live up to such an honorary nickname.
Well, lets take a look. The Nissan 370Z will be a mashup between the GT-R and the 350Z. Power will come from a 3.7L V6 that produces 330-hp - the same engine powers the Infiniti G37. All that power will be transferred to the road via a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission from the GT-R. CAR says that the new upmarket coupe will ride on a rear-wheel-drive architecture. Sounds pretty good to us, but lets wait to see some Nurburgring and 0 to 62 mph times.
Well get to see the new 2010 Nissan 370Z at the 2008 LA Auto Show next month. So stay tuned for more on this so-called baby GT-R.
Head over to CAR to see more shots.

They have "torque converters".This 7-speed dual clutch is not an auto tranny. It merely fixes the problem with most manual transmissions: the drivers who think they know how to drive manual correctly but can't. It will drive like a manual, because it is. It simply replaces the left leg and right hand motions of the inexperienced drivers of today with it's own mechanism.

That one took a bit more getting used to than the volume. Just thought you should know that Infiniti changed the layout starting with the '06 M.
