..loving the LEDs in the headlights
And it has a quick engine rev clip!

It's in the photopanel slideshow. (Edmunds seems to have a deal with postback and redirecting you to a login if you directly link to it and I don't have the patience to figure it out right now).

Interesting... the mini pod clusters don't follow the same backlighting scheme. O_o

If you mean because it is a black background, well I would bet that they just show the needle and the H and C icons or whatever, on a black background.
I wouldn't want a bunch of lit-up info right up there by the windshield, in my field of vision.
Not sure what you mean. The needles are the exact same color as the speedo/tach units.

Yeah. hopefully the backlighting on them can be changed easily. According to another member here (not going to give proper credit, sorry) pointed out that they are likely white LED backlit (the tach, spedo) and the camera makes them look blue. I also wish the sliver faced gauge on the left came in black.
In regards to the blue LED backlighting, I've never seen a "light blue" LED. The blue backlighting used in Volkswagens (?) is very deep blue. What we see has something to do with the color setting of the digital camera. Also, I've modded my dad's gauge cluster with blue LED lighting as well. A member here, Acree, mods Z gauges.
So from working on my gauges, I can tell you each needle is lit with 1 surface mount LED. The center gauge faces require at least 3 LEDs, and the sides require 2. Each LCD backlight uses 6x LEDs. The LCD in our OEM head unit uses about 14 smaller suface mount LEDs. Hopefully the LCD in the gauges are not soldered on. Currently the LCDs are snap in, and the glass is pretty delicate to stress. The LCD in the OEM headunit is soldered. Modifications require experience with surface mount components.
Overall, I like it. here are my nit-pics
FTL - Tire sizes 225/50R18 95W front and 245/45R18 - LOL 50-series. Sport model must have factory 20's - Dubs, yo!
FTL - The worst part of the 350z exterior - the bukly door handles. and now they look bulkier!
FTL - Those stupid flat-parts on the fender edges - design cue from other cheaper Nissans FTL - this is how they try to make a bulky panel appear less bulky than it really is. The Z should look like nothing but a z - not take styling cues from a sentra/versa/quest
FTL - Looks like a baby maxima rather than a baby godzilla - Boomerang lights FTL. Styling cue from a less-sporty model FTL. The Z should look like nothing but a z - not taking styling cues from a maxima.
FTL - Center brake-light on on the rear versus the upper windor
FTL - center consolearmrest/Bright silver cupholder
FTL - Nav console from Maxima/G37 - The z should look only like a z.
FTL - profile that resembles a Z4 - ugh! The z should look like nothing but a z.
FTW - New gauge pod (except the left-most display with the rectangular read-out - looks really out-of-place) - the part I like least about the 350z interior.
FTW - new steering wheel (Thicker/perforated leather FTW)
FTW - stitching down the center interior pieces.
FTW - more power
FTW - less steering kickback (hope they don't sacrafice feedback)
FTW - All gauge needles point down when the car's off - that's just cool.
FTW - Seat bottoms look to have better bolstering
Undecided - The seat bottoms have much more of an upward slope for the thighs. not sure how that will feel.
Undecided - why did they move the multi-function gauge (center cluster) to the far-right? Probably so we could see the boost gauge better
I wish....

I said that, and that's my point. The speedo/tech backlighting is actually "white", and all the other is the same color red-orange.
