I think all the hate against the new headlights is blown out of proportion.

It's not that bad, I like them actually.

To be honest, No.

Tail lights are ugly
and frongs go along with the comment above. They COULD look better.
Same goes for front bumper. and inteior.

Fail car.

I think the tailend, taillights included, is very reminiscent of Porsches. It may look differently in the flesh, but to my eyes it reminds me of Stuttgart's finest.

I can deal with the headlights. The jury is still out, though, until I see them in person.

I was iffy on the headlights until I saw the new Maxima in person. That car is gorgeous.

We haven't even seen a real picture of what the headlights look on the new z. What we have seen are pics of photo chopped z and the test mule with tape hiding part of the headlights.

We know what the headlight looks like and have an idea how it may look on the car.

Nissan releases official pics next wed so let the hate begin then. And a year after no one will mention how different the headlights are.

There'll always be a certain amount of bias against the car replacing one's current model.

Such is life.

I recall a similar "hood hump" conversation.

Having said that, I don't like the new headlights...

But I did not like the hood hump either and look what I'm driving now...

In the end, function wins over form for most of us

The first thing I would do, is to do an overlay on the corner of the headlight, just like the test car, so it looks like GT-R headlights.
