If you buy the Sports Package will you get your OEM wheels?
I was just curious about this, since you (the buyer) are paying 3 grand for the sport package, will you get all your OEM items with your vehicle? OR are the dealerships holding on to them to return to the factory for credit?
Also, the only difference between the Touring and the Base model is Navigation option?

I would assume the dealer would be adding in the equipment at the dealership, unless you order your vehicle. Plus, if you paid extra money along with the base price, why won't you get what you already paid for?
theres alot more of a difference from the touring compared to the base than the NAVI..lets see...limited slip for one (that one is major).. base has no cruise....theres more but I just cant think of any...
The sport package isn't a dealer add on. The dealer orders the cars with the sport package from the factory. Small things like spoilers are sometimes dealer add ons if it didn't come from the factory with it.
This is wht the base doesn't have
Navi
Rims
Spoiler
Mud guards
leather seats/heated
cruse control
TPMS
rear trunk Z mat
Add if you know more. This is off the top of my head

The 370Z Sport package is a factory option. The dealer will not do anything except PDI the car when it comes in.
There's quite a bit of difference from the 370Z to the 370Z Touring package:
-BOSE audio system
-includes 6 disc CD player, XM sat, 8 speakers, bluetooth
-Synthetic suede/leather sport seats
-heated, 4-way power seats with adjustable lumbar
-homelink mirror with auto dim
-aluminum pedals
-cargo cover
Nav is a totally separate package available for Touring models only.

On the two preproduction units i saw in early November, the sport had additional bracing under the car as well. Not sure if it made it on all models for actual production, but the NNA guys kept saying the sport had the braces and the base did not which we verified while on a lift.
By the OP's logic, if you get the Touring version you should also get the standard cloth seats as well.
There's a difference between factory-installed options and dealer-installed options. You can't "buy" the whole sport package at the dealership if the car is just a no option Base version from the factory, maybe only the rims and in that case you can possibly have the option to ask the dealer for your OEM rims back.

TPMS comes in two flavors: the early 350Z models had a tire pressure monitoring system with real-time pressures (for each tire) shown on the multi gauge display. The later Z33 models and the new Z34 have a TPMS that shows a dash warning light when tire pressures fall below a certain threshold. This system is standard on both 370Z and 370Z Touring models.
