I think the 370Z tail lights would look better if they came stock like these.

might as well throw in a front picture

Just got back from test driving the new 370z black on black with the sport package 6 speed. It was the most refreshing improvement in a vehicle I have ever seen. I LOVED EVERYTHING minus the front grille. Nissan did it perfectly. Not too much not too little. A simple dose of 1/3 performance + 1/3 tech increase + 1/3 style difference. I will buy one soon and from Key Nissan from Hardeville, SC. They were going to give it to me for 2k less than the 34k sticker!! Couldn't get one yet but in a couple months I will be able to get one.

Ya'll need to stop posting pics because I'm getting an itch to buy again. If I was getting one, it would be white, but that yellow one, I'm mesmerized. My plan is still the same, if I have to have one, it would be 2-3 years from now. Whoever buys them, more power to you because there is nothing like driving a new model car, but there is nothing like having money saved from ridiculous markups.

Ehhh.. the 370 is wider from one perspective, which is a nice touch...

Otherwise, I think these pics show some of the differences between the two.

Baby got back?
Why did Nissan remove the back window wiper? The angle seems the same as the 350, if no more flattened.

If you look at the picture I posted at the top of this page (post 141), that 370z has a rear wiper.

Secondly, going by actual tech specs, the 350z is more height. It's one thing to compare stock cars, and it's another to compare cars with modified height not to mention how ever long your car has been sitting on said suspension and has time to settle. Seems like a lot of 350z owners are defense and think their car is better. The same happens every generation as the Z32 crowd did in 2003..... Same song different tune.
Wasn't the hood bulge on the 07 to accommodate the new engine?

Yet no other pictures of the real car have a rear wiper.

Eh. Who cares, you can't see out the rear window anyway. That's what the huge side mirrors are for! LOL!

Nissan subscribes to the idea that if you drive a Z, then you don't really need to know what is behind you! LOL!

I drove one yesterday and you can see better out the rear window than the 350, I think the mirrors are bigger because the side windows are now irrelevant. I also think they disposed of the rear wiper to "save weight"

How can you see better out the rear of the 370 than the 350? The angle of the rear hatch has decreased!

However, you have a good point about the side windows. If the side mirrors weren't as big as they are, the blindspot would be huge.

For the record, the 370 turned out to be a much better looking, and much more capable car than the 350.
