Default Differences between Base and Touring?

Haven't been able to find anywhere what the differences between the Base and Touring versions are.

Is Synchro-Rev only available on the Touring?

I haven't either. My guess is that the Touring has leather heated seats, Bose system and other luxury amenities.

Snycro-Rev is available on both models with the Sport package.

Yeah that stuff gets hard to find if it hasn't been posted within the last ten minutes...

SRM is available on both manual transmission models as long as you get the $3000 Sport Package
