... will have problems with their cars in a year, i.e., tire feathering, oil consumption, flecked paint, mysterious creaking/noises, etc.? I predict at least 50%.
I only ask because for the Z33, it wasn't until the 2007/2008 model years that Nissan worked out most of the kinks. As much as I like Nissan, they are not known for their fit/finish quality or attention to detail.

I never had any problems with my 05, bought it new and it was problem free for 4.5 years.
370Z is 5.5 weeks old & 2110 miles and no problems so far, just lucky I guess.
