Both the Red and PG were painted matte black. Imho neither one had the pop appeal as the semi gloss blk. There are some pics of both of them painted in matte blk floating around here. Maybe do a search in the Northern CA region for a recent event called Lollicup. Its really a personal preference and I had the op to see em both...mucho $$ though when all was done.

^Hold the press…....did I mention that I went that route first before the paint job(s). The vinyl (wrap) sucks….imho..There is no place that either Rob (ZCG) nor have I found that can make it look professional. There are too many stress areas around the fangs and other places that the final product looked like patches of the vinyl were pieced on.
I have pics of my wrap and Rob sent me pics of their shop car. He was our initial go-to person but afterwards he also stated that he was not happy with the look of his wrap and to just paint it. Believe I contemplated this for a while especially on the resale value if it was painted. Rob assured me that by painting it only adds value and none taken away. I totally agree and sleep better at night knowing nothing beats a good professional paint job. Btw I had the entire grill painted including the already painted black sections (near the license plate). I am only letting peeps know this to save them $$ as they will most likely not like the wrap. I got a killer deal on the wrap $100 for front and $100 for rear, others were quoting $450 for front and rear. Paint another killer deal $200 front and rear, although expect to pay around $250 – 300. Then I had Venture Shield clear bra installed and custom pieces cut for the license plate area and the 3 bar slat grill pieces. Final product is protected and professional looking.
