I could never sleep at night even thinking that I may never see a 370z on the road, but when I do i'm posting my experience here: https://my350z.com/forum/2009-370z/4...70-thread.html

Here in the Dallas/Fort Worth area I have yet to see 1 on the road besides the 1 that I test drove. People are weary and just are holding on to there paid for or almost paid for cars these days!

You know what's funny, I still haven't seen a 370Z either... I haven't seen a 135i on the road either except my own. I've seen plenty of IS-Fs and new M3s but never a 135 or 370.

i go to street meets every weekend and compared one last weekend to my 350z...
and i had the pleasure to race one and it got smoked every time. digs, rolls.... u name it.
all i have is a dual exhaust running 278hp to the wheels. 370 is 287 to wheels.

do you really think they added all that stuff to the car to make it so much stiffer without adding weight?!? lol
ya the used lightweight parts but they didn't really make it lighter
plus the 350z sits lower then a 370. ya the "roof line" is lower on the 370z making it "on paper" lower but you put the cars together and the 350z chasis is actually lower but the roof line is higher. when nissan said the 370z is lower that what they were talking about not the center of gravity. in reality its higher.

anyways...
besides at the meet ive NEVER seen one on the roads ever! but i always hear people saying im buying a 370... but the one at the stealership is still there from the begining. hmmm? < lol

*EDIT - did anyone look at how fast this thread is moving. 3 pages in a little over a 24 hours WOW!

Ive seen the same 370z twice on the same road in the last few months. A white one non sport package, driven by some lady who had to be at least 50yrs old.

Never on the road. G37's are nowhere near as common as G35C's either I've noticed.

There's a car meet here tomorrow with people coming from all over the North East. We'll see if my new baby can attract as much attention as the Ferrari's and Lamborgini's.

There's a lovely red one sitting in the Timbrook dealership in Cumberland, Md, with a hefty price tag.

I have not seen one yet on the roads, and I've only seen one at the local dealership.

i see more skyline then i do 370's
i have seen 3 skyline's
and 0 370z's
LOL!!!

hmmm

skyline = 3
370z = 0

skyline = ~85,000 right?
370z = ~40,000

thats got to tell you something right there

if i was in the market for a new whip i would have to go w/ the skyline over the 370z and just stretch my pay check for the notes.
maybe thats whats everyones else is doing....?

My local California dealer has sold a couple; I wouldn't expect to see any on the road with slow sales. Perhaps some are waiting for the right color/options(?)

Yesterday while following our 370Z exhast development car, I took notice of many drivers taking notice with many doing a double-take. Most memorable was a dude in his (wife's ) white 911 Porsche Cabriolet rubber necking as he passed on the other side of the road.
