I decided to go with the base with the Sports Package. I thought I was going with White, until I saw the Yellow. WOW. I still cant make up my mind. The white looks more exotic, and the yelllow looks hot. Is the yellow more rare? What do you think the Pros and cons are.

Yellow isn't the most masculin colour. Personal pref though, it'll stand out and looking at what kind of damage people inflict on Z's I think white will be an easier colour to touch up. I'd go white.

Well as it was pointed out above yellow isn't manly, however it did look amazing on the 350z. White is really plain but, looks nice and looks cleaner longer. I have never seen a yellow 370z and I have seen a couple white ones, so in that respect yellow is "rarer".

I'm partial to the yellow. I think it will remain a more rare color as well since not a lot of stealerships have it + it's $500 extra just for that color.
What can I say.. the yellow is hot!

The red is pretty outstanding IMO. You can do so many things with red too, its a great color on the Z. You can go for a red and black theme...just think about it... dark tint, red powder-coated brakes, taillight overlays, the possibilities are endless, but then again, this can be done with any color lol

But if you are asking pros and cons for color. I like silver, for 2 good reasons.
1. Silver hides the scratch marks, dirt, water spots, snow spots very well (black is the worst and not to mention hot as hell in the summer).
2. Studies have been proven by Dupont Automotive and various insurance companies that silver is the least likely, percentage wise comparing to other colors, involving in car accidents.

Daily, take white or silver, but if it is your weekender, pick yellow. I chose yellow 5 years ago, have not regretted one bit. Importantly, a 370z in any color would do for me

Just wanted to hear from you guys if there was long term problems from the colors. Like the yellowing of the pearl white or fading yellow. I gave them My trade in, signed the contract and he said it was ok to change it to yellow if I added $500 to order. He has to get it from another dealer regardless.

my .02
I went around looking at every color before i bought mine. I'm not a fan of blue, so i didn't go there...but of the colors i found (mostly the downsides of each color):
Black: Pretty much like any other black car...Looks great in a show room, gets very dusty quick...even the car they showed me was slightly less than pristine in terms of cleanliness, and it was already very dissapointing to look at. Also seems to kill the curves and angles of the car. Nobody can talk somebody out of their love for black cars though, waxed&shined any car in black has a very distinct beauty.
Red: The only thing i can say about this color is that buff scratches are obscenely noticeable.
Brilliant Silver: Color looked great in pictures, but in person it is, rather boring to say the least...If you look for yourself, you will probably notice the same.
Graphite: The only thing i can say about this color is that it gives a hint of something in between black and silver. Probably one of the best colors of choice if you like a rather low key color.
Yellow: One of the colors I have not seen in person, because I just sold a yellow car and did not plan on purchasing another one.
Pearl White: The downside of this color might be that it gets dirty easily, but if you wash your car a respectable amount of times and keep her waxed, it looks great. I purchased the car in this color for many reasons:1, it stands out without having to be a color like yellow or red. 2, Nissan did a very good job on this particular color. The Metallic white is beautiful, and at night the entire car shimmers as if it were silver. I never saw myself getting white (I had originally decided on black), but after driving down to see a white one, I was completely sold.
Hope this helps.
P.S. I noticed for some reason, black seems to look better in pictures, and worse in real life. Same with the Solid Red. Pearl white looks worse in pictures, but much much better in person. Odd but true..

well, i personally love that color, it looks real nice at night in the parking lot underneath the light. u dont notice the waterspots. and during the da it has areally nice shiny-bright color to it.
but if i had to choose between white or yellow... i would go with yellow just because it i hardly ever see it, u can be that 1 guy that every1 says "oh i saw that guy in the yellow 370 again.. man his car looks soo siick"
