I don't know, as my bank is at 4.5%: https://www.starone.org/home/home

They make money on financing so often offer better deals. If you can, let them finance it to work a better deal, make sure there are no early-payoff fees, then pay it off with all your cash afterwards.

According to what I have been told from other dealerships, the 370Zs in South FL are not selling. I definitely have the advantage.
Then offer invoice, and let us know how it goes! The lowest around here was $1k over invoice.

Invoice on the base model is approximately $1,890.00 below MSRP. You're most likely not going to get one for below invoice at the current time unless you wait until the '10's have hit the lots or are about a week away. With the sport package the difference between invoice and MSRP is slightly more, but not much. If you're paying cash, you'd do well to get one for just over invoice, but each dealer is different...it's hard to know how motivated they are to sell one and why. Maybe if they think you'll come back for maintenance to their dealership you'd get a rockin' deal.

I had a 99 Fixed Roof Coupe for a while. There's no comparison between the C5 and the 370Z. The C5 has the cheapest interior I've ever seen in a GM short of an third gen F-Body.

The new 370Z is such an improvement over even the 350Z interior-wise. The seats support me well, and the alacantra(?) on the doors, armrest and other interior parts of the car help absorb sound and provide a much higher quality look. And although many people aren't a fan of the gauges, I love them.

Oh, and I purchased the car last night. Base 370Z with Sport Package. $1,700 off MSRP. I pick it up on Tuesday. They are going to detail it and install lowjack.

oh, ok, i was referring to the c6, even then it still has a junk interior but comparing any 99 car to an 09 isnt even apples and oranges, more like raisins and bananas. i guess ill have to test drive a c6 and see for myself. congrats on the car!

The C6 doesn't compare, either. Although the car represented one of the the largest quality jumps in a GM interior from the previous model ever, it still feels like you are riding in a car where they spent all the money and time on the drivetrain and the interior was just an afterthought (which is completely true. I'm all about spartan interiors since I tend to gut them anyway).

I'm getting PMs about the lack of pics. Sorry, I don't pick the car up until Tuesday because:

-They are installing LowJack.
-I have to have a check sent from the bank, bank doesn't open until Monday morning, check arrives Tuesday afternoon.

I'll get pics up as soon as I get the car home. I'll also provide a write-up.

Ehh the 370z doesnt really compare to the C6 in much of any category... The closest comparison is the interior. But only because they added suede into the mix, which can easily be done for a couple hundred bucks.

Either way, Ones 30k and the other one is 49k.

It doesn't mean anything because DEALERS MAKE MONEY OFF OF FINANCING.

Fixed. They don't always make $, especially if they use CUDL to get you financed through your own bank. They can, however, add %age points if they provide the financing or find you alternate financing from an establishment not of your choice.

Picked up the car four hours ago. Had to drive it home in the blinding rain, car is already filthy.

Other car broke on way to pick up the Z, so one car is filthy and one is broke. No pics tonight. If one day can go by without rain, I'll wash it and post pics.
