Well, the interior is noticably improved, much better materials. Power wise, it's definitely faster than my 08, much better top end speed. Also, it may just be me, but the ride seems more refined than the 350. Inside the cabin it's definitely quieter, which could be a good or bad thing.
Dont know about top end power difference but the 37VHR engine definitely has a bunch more low end kick than the 35HR. Peak torque is probably not much higher, but tip in throttle response is much more aggressive and powerful.
