Nissan announces pricing, minor changes for 2012 370Z
By Drew Johnson
Nissan has announced pricing and a few subtle tweaks for its 2012 lineup of 370Z coupe and convertible models. Nissan’s 2012 lineup of Z cars are available for purchase now at dealers across the country.
While the prices of most cars continue to creep northward, Nissan is holding the line on pricing for the 2012 370Z. The base coupe model carries over its current price of $31,450 while the convertible remains at $39,500. The high-performance 370Z Nismo retains its $40,830 sticker price.
Although pricing hasn’t changed for 2012, there are a few minor changes to note. Both coupe and convertible models now come with a standard oil cooler. Nissan has also done away with the six-speed version of the entry-level 370Z convertible, meaning buyers will have to opt for the $42,200 Touring model if they want to row their own gears.
Thanks to Nissan’s decision to keep a lid on pricing, the 370Z remains one of the best performance bargains for the 2012 model year.
