New 370z, need modification advices
Hi guise, proud new owner of a 2012 370z base package. Looking into getting tint, can someone refer me to a shop. I live in LA/Inland empire area. Also anyone would like to share what modifications would suit base for the Z. Not really looking to modify engine or exhaust cause i got the extended warranty im looking mostly for aesthetic mods but if there are suggestions with engine/exhaust mods without breaking warranty, im open to that also. Baiscally, any advice would be appreciated.

catback exhaust shouldn't void, i'd get something like the fast intentions exhaust. if/when i decide to get a 370, I am definitely at least slapping a tint on and either spacers/springs or wheels/coils. I like the stillen splitter, and if you don't already have a black car then plastidip the fangs off the front bumper and the rear valence thing above the exhaust tips as well as get the jdm fog light. I like the sport spoiler, and would get a lsd and the akebono brakes if you're into those sorts of things. I personally hope to opt for the base sport package.

You should just ask the dealer if it will. I asked mine! They said if I were to get a catback exhaust I would have to attach the OEM one when I take it in for maintenance etc.

Congratulations on your new car, and welcome to the forum.
Foist, upgrading the air intake and exhaust will NOT affect the Nissan warranty. I cannot speak to the extended warranty, since those are provided by a third party. (It's not from Nissan. You know that, right?) If a dealer gives you any grief about the new parts, push back.
Second, DON'T TOUCH THE ECU (i.e., reflash) until you are out of warranty.
Third, set yourself a budget and stick with it. If you do the work yourself--and with the great DIYs on this forum you can--you will be amazed at how much you can do for very little $$.
Of course, if you want a really unique car, don't do anything to it. You will have the only one like that on this forum anyway!
Good luck!
