Ok, so I think I am going to go with this





I can install them myself, but as I stated earlier, I'm no mechanic.

Using this setup is there any chance I am going to "run lean" and damage my engine without an e-flash?

Looking at the Osiris setup, but if that is necessary I will just hold the parts and do it all at the same time when money permits.

 

Skip both, there are better options. Not sure if Kinetix fixed the melting issue either.

 

This new one is rated to 500F, 170 up from the previous model. My big question is whether or not opening the car up to breathe better automatically means you have to re-flash (tune) the ECU, or can it handle it with the stock program....

 

Make sure to reset the ecu and complete the throttle relearn procedure. A tune would make the most of those mods, the stock tune can adjust only so much to compensate but just those two won't throw it too far out.
