The cheap plastic bottom on the vette scrapes all the time without hurting it . Plus it's a whole $100 to replace. I have scraped mine 100's of times and shows no sign of wear. The thing is made to do that without hurting it. I own 1 . Plus after driving it for a while you learn how to angle it since it only has about 2 in clearance. The zo6 rides great .

idk man...my choices were a Mustang all black with 2o-22's rims in black that i saw in my town that looks sexy as hell, even though im not a mustang guy,GTR,G37,Mercedes SL500, as for cars-Mercedes CLS and for Trucks/suv-Mercedes GLK and Hummer H3...i had my mind set on a vette from day one...but its still up in the air...i really gotta look deep into this...and btw...whatever car i get next might be slightly used due to depreciation and such...but i figured i need more of a mature car and with a back seat and something practical unlike my 350z...

You haven't even graduated college yet and you're getting a GT-R? Please tell me you're a teen. I need a good laugh.

well im graduating next year so im doing my research ahead of time. im not a teen...im 23 and no one said i was "Getting" a GTR....im looking at them...i own a 350z and ive owned it for a little over 5 years and i wanted something different when i graduate...i know theres a big price difference but some of the other cars im looking at are around or a little less than the GTR...side note- it would be a slightly used car no matter what car it is...since the depreciation is a Bish...i just like owning cars that you dont see often...

^^^Don't buy the GT-R. The point in life you are at, you should be looking to get somewhere to live. If you can afford a GT-R upon graduation, you should be able to get a decent place. Prices and rates for a place are tough to beat right now.

Well go ahead big balla! Have fun renting, eating cat food, and scraping pennies together for maintenance.

Living beyond your means... it's the American way! But hey, you'll get mad props in your car.

get a house or condo.. im sure your single if your trying to get a GTR..

get a nice place to live.. you own a Z... thats a sexy *** car.. it looks almost the same all the way up to 08..

if your tired of your car then Mod it.. you want speed get twins.. you want show get a Body kit, wheels, and suspension..

that way you can enjoy your car a bit more and not want to get a new one..

get a house.. you will never regret it.. and if you ever do. by that time it will get worth more than wat it does now..

shoot you can even rent it and have it pay it self off..

your 23 graduating.. must be a a smart guy... then be smart and dont buy a new car

wait till 2010 to get a GTR... prices go down on used cars... more alternatives for parts
and even cheaper performance parts..

once the new Spec-V comes out.. the regular GTR is going to take a plunge not as much as we would all like it to so we can ALL afford one but it will be cheaper.. patience is a virtue..

my $0.2

and im 22 by the way

Yo H, what kind of cat food do you suggest? Any reason to do cat food instead of dry dog food? Inquiring minds want to know.........

true good points...but im not planning on buying a house...i had intentions of living at home until i get married...don't see the need to live on my own and spend more money when i can live at home for nothing...im not bashing anyone...i just look at things differently i guess..
