Smile about taillight tinting

I just bought black 06 and I wanna tint my taillights somewhere in the future.

I kinda got how to do it.

1. you take out the taillights and sand it.
2. put a spray on the surface.
3. sand it again to get rid of scratchs.

I only know upto these steps.

what do you do after these steps to make it shine like non other?
put wax? (duh)

Tanks for reading!

you don't get a shiny look from overlay. This is how it look after tinting.

overlay: just a 3m film. You can take them off. Doesn't have the shiny look.

i used overlay from Bat and the look very dull. If you tint, it's more shiny.

If more people want to do this, i can get some GB.

so if you tint it, it's shiny but you can't take it out,
and if you overlay it, it doesn't look good as tinting but you can take it off?
